Building our Dragonfruit Trellises
Our dragon fruit plants have been gradually transformed from a tangled mess in the shade tunnel to thriving on custom-built trellises in our new dragon fruit garden. It’s been a journey of untangling, pruning, potting, and building, but six months later, they’re loving the summer heat and branching out beautifully. Here’s how we made it happen!
Our First Hydroponic Tomato & Capsicum Harvest!
It’s been crazy hot lately, but thanks to our hydroponic setup, we’ve just picked our first tomatoes and capsicums! After all that hard work setting up the shade house and rain gutter grow system, there was only one thing to do with the harvest—make salsa, of course!
