Our First Hydroponic Tomato & Capsicum Harvest!

It’s been crazy hot lately, but thanks to our hydroponic setup, we’ve just picked our first tomatoes and capsicums! After all that hard work setting up the shade house and rain gutter grow system, there was only one thing to do with the harvest—make salsa, of course!
